The Southland Honors 2010 Info
The Southland Honors awards were created to nurture an attitude of integrity and community pride, preserve tradition, and to recognize service to the leather identified community. Nominations are made online by the general public, and the LALC board votes at the March meeting to select the winners.
The awards are presented annually by the Los Angeles Leather Coalition as part of Los Angeles Leather Weekend. The 2010 awards will be on Friday March 26t, 7 pm in Little Tokyo at the Henry David Hwang Theatre - 120 Judge John Aiso St, Los Angeles CA 90012
Tickets are $30. Please note that as this event is a fundraiser, it is not possible to comp the dozens of nominees into the event.

The theatre is one block from the Host Hotel the Miyako Inn in Little Tokyo, and a short walk (2-3 blocks) from the new "Little Tokyo" stop on the LA Metro's new eastside extension of the Gold Line. There are numerous commercial parking structures in Little Tokyo with hourly rates.
